By using MindIt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MindIt delivers healthy, vegan, and organic groceries to serviceable pincodes within a chosen delivery slot. Availability of products and slots may vary.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian’s consent, to place orders.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or service-area limits, with a full refund where applicable.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not supported.

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked “packed”. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method as per our refund policy.

You agree not to misuse the platform, place fraudulent orders, or reverse-engineer the service.

MindIt is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
