- Account: name, phone number, delivery addresses.
- Orders: items purchased, payment status, delivery slot, order history.
- Device & usage: push-notification tokens, app interactions, and cookies required to keep you signed in.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never store your full card or UPI credentials.
3. How We Use Your Information
To fulfil orders, process payments, coordinate delivery, send order & status notifications (WhatsApp and push), provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (Supabase, Razorpay, MSG91, Firebase) under contractual obligations, or when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain order and account data for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. You can disable push notifications anytime from your device settings.
